Usage conditions of YS6312 three-phase asynchronous motor
1. The ambient air temperature varies with seasons, generally not exceeding -15 to +40℃.
2. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
3. The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air does not exceed 95% (when the ambient temperature is +25℃).
Electrical conditions for motor use
1. The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz. For variable-frequency motors, the constant torque frequency modulation range is 5 to 50Hz, and the constant power frequency modulation range is 50 to 100Hz.
2. The rated voltages of the motor are 380V, 400V, 415V, 660V, and 380/660V; the voltage of multi-speed motors is only 380V and 660V. For variable-frequency motors, the voltage is proportional to the frequency within the constant torque frequency modulation range, and appropriate voltage compensation is performed in the low-frequency segment. Within the constant power frequency modulation range, the voltage remains unchanged. The rated power supply voltage of the forced ventilation auxiliary fan motor is generally 380V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. Special cases can be manufactured according to user requirements.

Preparations before installation
1. YS6312 three-phase asynchronous motor Before unpacking, check whether the packaging is intact.

2. After unpacking the motor, remove the dust on the motor and the anti-rust agent on the shaft extension flange and the止口 (shoulder).
3. Check whether the motor nameplate and auxiliary nameplate meet the requirements of the purchase contract and on-site conditions.
4. Before installation, the following inspections must be carried out. If they do not meet the requirements, the motor must not be put into use.
5. When installing the motor, the center line of the motor must be consistent with the center line of the driven machine, otherwise it will cause bearing damage and shaft fracture. Also check whether the screws and pins of the coupling or spur gear are tight, whether the unit rotates flexibly, and whether there is any jamming, axial movement, or abnormal noise.
6. Check whether the fastening bolts of the motor are tight, whether the bearings are short of oil, and whether the casing is reliably grounded or connected to zero, etc.
7. Check whether the motor protection device meets the requirements and whether the installation is firm and reliable.
8. Check whether the wiring of the starting equipment is correct, whether the starting device is flexible, whether the contacts are in good contact, and whether the metal casing of the starting equipment is reliably grounded or connected to zero, etc.
Motor storage and transportation
1. During the storage of the motor, it should be kept dry, and it is strictly prohibited to store it together with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. It should be placed in a clean, well-ventilated warehouse with an ambient air temperature of -15 to +40℃ and a relative humidity of not more than 90%. The air should not contain corrosive gases, and rapid changes in ambient temperature should be avoided.
2. During the storage of the motor, it should not be stacked too high, so as not to affect ventilation and damage the packaging of the lower motor.
3. During storage and transportation, the motor must not be inverted.
4. Pay attention to protecting the shaft extension. Do not drag the motor by tying a rope around the shaft extension.
5. Pay attention to protecting the oil cup, bearing temperature measuring device, lead wires, stator winding temperature measuring and moisture-proof heating device, and lead wires.
Matters needing attention during starting:
1. After closing the switch, if the motor does not start, quickly and decisively pull the switch to avoid burning out the motor. After finding out the cause, start the motor again.
2. When multiple motors are powered by the same transformer, they cannot be started simultaneously. They should be started one by one from the largest to the smallest.
3. When the motor uses step-down starting, it must be under no-load or light-load conditions. The motor is allowed to start twice in cold state and once in hot state.
4. For multi-speed motors, the high and low speeds cannot be powered and started or operated simultaneously. They should be started or operated separately. Only start from low speed to high speed, not from high speed to low speed.
